Instructions
If ordering directly from our website: 1. Click on "Products" to view the selections. Several of the choices are in more than one category and appropriate for multiple occasions. Select one by clicking on the appropriate price selection. 2. Click on "Proceed to checkout". At "Shipping Information" section, put in the name of the RECIPIENT of your selection. 3. Select Payment Method 4. Upon review of the correct payment option, click on "Continue Checkout" 5. You may click on "Printable Receipt" for your records 6. Click on "Return to Merchant" to complete the details of your order - delivery date, card message, any special instructions to assist with delivery; or any special requests - such as specific colors different than what is pictured or any details you would like us to know. This page is emailed to the flower shop directly with this additional information. If this connection doesn't function, email us directly at greyfox@tc3net.com with the above listed needed information to complete your order. If you want to fax an order to 517-423-5420 please include the following information: 1. Your name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Contact Phone Number 2. Name of Recipient, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Contact Phone Number 3. Selection number from website 4. Price selection from website 5. Message and signature on the card 6. Date of delivery 7. Any special instructions or requests 8. Payment: Do NOT send your credit card number over the fax, as it is not secure. Be sure you have provided a contact phone number, as when we receive the order we will call you to verify the receipt of the order and at that time we will get your credit card information.
